Good Karma is the mildest variant of hot sauce from the famed Karma Sauce Company. This one is much tamer than its big brother, Extreme Karma, which we have previously reviewed. With the Ghost and Scorpion peppers removed, we’re left with only a tiny bit of heat from the curiously undefined “red pepper”. Otherwise, the taste is pretty much the same here — a solid pairing of flavors mostly defined by butternut squash, apple cider vinegar, and sweet potato. In fact, the ingredient list on the two bottles is identical. We did notice that Good Karma is considerably thinner, but not in a bad way. If you’re not into brutal heat, this sauce is a great way to sample the flavors of the Karma Sauce family.
